The Dunn Group has exchanged contracts to purchase Denning Manufacturing Pty Ltd with the purchase to be formalised on 30th September 2019.
The purchase will see two of the most iconic bus body building companies in Australia fall under the umbrella of the Dunn Group. Custom Bus Group and Denning Manufacturing will continue to build their own integral products. The purchase will open opportunities for Denning bus bodies to be built on other chassis’ in addition to their own product. The first of these would be the production of the Denning School Bus body on European chassis.
