Lyons Bus Service of Leeton, owned and operated by Richard & Melissa Lyons, recently took delivery of their first Mercedes-Benz bus, and the first ever, to be built with the Custom Adventurer body.
This was also the first TfNSW panel #3 bus order built with this combo.
“We really wanted a high-end product with the aim of also supporting local industry, so Australian Made was important. When making these decisions, there are a lot of factors that need to be considered, and relationship plays a big part especially when it comes to trust, and ongoing support”, said Richard.

This is echoed by many operators in this region, and one of the reasons why we stuck with them. Simply put, they never forgot us!
What makes this even more exciting is the fact that this is the first EVER, Adventurer Body on a Mercedes-Benz O500RF chassis”, said Richard.
